1. If you do not like a product, do not worry. You can place a Replacement request within 3 working days in exchange for a credit note.To replace an item, the product needs to be shipped to our warehouse within 7 working days (cost to be borne by the customer). Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit, which can be used within 3 months. (shipping cost will be deducted)
   
2. To initiate a return, please email us within 3 working days (help.alittleextra@gmail.com) along with your order id & reason of return.Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.
   
3.  Clearance Sale/Milestone/Birthday Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
   
4. ALE accepts  returns if:

• The product(s) delivered differ from the one ordered.
• The product(s) delivered are damaged upon receipt.
