Transfer. Further we have Cash on Delivery (COD)

3.Can I convert COD to Prepaid?
Yes, COD orders can be converted to Prepaid.
4.The payment got debited from my account, but I did not receive an order confirmation. How to get this resolved?

5.How can I redeem my credit amount?
We provide credit notes (which are exclusive of shipping charges) on your registered E-mail ID. The Credit Note is redeemable on the next purchase and is valid for 12 months ONLY.
