Easy Return

  1. If you do not like a product, do not worry. You can place a Replacement request within 3 working days in exchange for a credit note.To replace an item, the product needs to be shipped to our warehouse within 7 working days (cost to be borne by the customer). Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit, which can be used within 3 months. (shipping cost will be deducted)
  2. To initiate a return, please email us within 3 working days (help.alittleextra@gmail.com) along with your order id & reason of return.Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.
  3.  Clearance Sale/Milestone/Birthday Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  4. ALE accepts  returns if:
  • The product(s) delivered differ from the one ordered.
  • The product(s) delivered are damaged upon receipt.

Nvr ordering again

The pic of the bun stick posted on site is milky while however the one that I have received doesn't match the quality n shine depicted in the pic posted on site.. I hv also purchased 2 more hair sticks frm flipkart, n I dnt see any variation in the products delivered by flipkart. N only reason y I have not requested credit note or return of the product cos I dnt wanna go through the stress of dealing with this site anymore. And by no standard the product is worth 150 bucks.. m satisfied with my purchase frm flipkart so posted a positive review Der..but that's not the case here..so taking time out to express my dissatisfaction. Period!

Fake site

I gave review of this product with pics for proof, n now despite receiving the authenticity of the buyer,chose to delete the reviews posted by me. These people instead of taking cognizance of the poor service provided by them, chose to delete my reviews instead. Of course, reviews being negative abt the subpar products that they r supplying.

As a brand, we are always open to resolving concerns and offer an exchange or credit note if a customer is dissatisfied, but in this case, no such request was made. Lastly, the product is priced at ₹150, which we believe is a fair and transparent value given its quality. The amount '230rs' was inclusive of delivery charges. Bogus product

Wouldn't even give it a single star had that option been available.. they sent some road side cheap product. . Wat u get for 30-50 bucks, they sold me for 230/- bucks. Nvr ordering again frm this fake site. M attaching here proof of that cheap product that I received.
