Free Earring+ Ring & Surprise gift

I had specifically asked for a cancellation based on a call I had with customer service, and yet got other stuff that I had not consented to. Furthermore, the quality of the products is not 'even' across the board, a fair bit is sub-standard. I wouldn't buy from this shop again.

The earrings are actually nice but the ring was not great.
