Accessory Design Internship

• Must be creative with out-of-the box thinking.
• Co-ordinate with the team at workplace and craftsmen to understand the requirements and needs.
• Open to field visits to explore materials and trend in the market.
• Research and develop seasonal trends, themes, concepts, colour direction, material, fabrications and styling and/or product form function and manufacturing processes.
• Must know basics of necessary software required to digitally make the accessories.

Operations Internship

• Responsible for operations which entail order fulfilment, dispatches, customer service, returns & exchanges etc
• Looking after daily operations and doing the needful to make sure things are functioning smoothly.
• Handling customer queries on Instagram and website.
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Should be able to coordinate with team members and vendors to make sure the products are stocked timely.

Business Development Internship

• Developing proposals, documentation and post- proposal follow-ups with clients. To look after the progress / status of project execution for self-generated projects.
• Responsible for working closely with other brands, stores and e commerce sites to identify and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities. Must have good communication and customer service skills who can build and maintain strong network and relationships.
• Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements. Set aggressive targets and devise concrete plans to achieve them. Acquiring business and achieving sales figures. Exploring new potential areas for business development.
• Must be proficient in Ms Excel, inventory management, Ms Word, and Canva is a plus.

Social Media Internship

• A good knowledge of social media platforms and working with the Social Media Manager to create a customer engaging online presence.
• Creating and implementing daily social media content like posts, stories, reels, fun creatives etc.
• Brainstorm campaign ideas and develop content calendars on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Must have a creative mindset with out of the box ideas, good writing skills and efficient in designing creatives for all social platforms.
• Skills like basic photography for making/editing Instagram reels and content for various platforms.
• Approaching brands and creators for collaborations.
• Analyzing reports/data from various platforms like website, instagram and storms and refurbish content accordingly.
