1. When will my order arrive?

Delhi NCR delivery time is 2-4 days. Rest areas throughout the country, standard delivery time is 7-10 days. Expect delayed deliveries in times of festivities like Rakhi, Diwali etc.

2. How do I cancel my order?

Order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

3. How can I return/exchange?

Each of our products are carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be a very slight difference as they are handmade entirely.

In case you receive a Damaged or Incorrect item, here is what you need to do:

Update us within two working days via Email or message us on Instagram.

Your item will then be Exchanged.

4. Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally, shipping charges vary depending on the country.

International orders are sent via India post (Delivery period 3-4 weeks) if you place your order on our website. For express delivery kindly reach us out on email team.alittleextra@gmail.com or DM us on instagram @alittleextra.co.in.

5. Do you have an offline store?

We do not have an offline store for now. But our products are widely available across various stores in India. Check the list of the stores here.

6. Do you do personalized jewellery?

No, we do not customize.

7. How should I store my jewellery?

No fancy storage required; you can store in an airtight plastic bag.  Keep away from water and fragrance.

8. Do you provide express shipping?

Yes, express shipping is available. Opt for express shipping at checkout.
